The sheets had not been changed in our bed Crumbs and hair all in bed . We changed sheets ourselves. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. The AC could not be turned down below 70 in Texas that’s too hot and humid.

We are sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. Our staff would have immediately addressed any housekeeping issues you had during your stay with a call or text. The thermostat has no limitations on the AC. Your upgraded 3 room suite has it's separate thermostat that is customizable by each guest. We would have been happy to assist you in changing the temperature to your liking.Please contact us for an adjustment to your stay as we take great pride in every guests experience.

Great communication with host. Very clean and well-prepared in a cool location on the town square. Breakfast was great and a short walk from room. Will definitely stay there again!

The soaking tub was incredible and there was more than enough linens provided. The room was very quaint and decorated so tastefully. I adored the push button light switches and the beautiful armoire. I will most definitely stay here again if ever around Decatur.

Recommend this site with larger room
Publié le 16 juill. 2021 sur HotelsThe room was small and quaint. The furniture was well placed and the room was decorated tastefully. Could not get the TV to work. The owner was very helpful through phone calls and texts. Probably will stay at this site again but will definitely get a larger room.
The voucher for the free breakfast was appreciated. Everyone was very friendly.

Thanks for feedback and sorry you had trouble with our streaming services. We will look at how to make that a better experience. The bunkhouse is our smallest suite being only a single room. Glad you enjoyed our breakfast selection, they do a great job creating breakfast from scratch. Definitely encourage you to try our two or three room variations for a larger suite. Unique facility! Not your usual B & B. We were made to feel welcome and the instructions for getting in our room were easy. It’s like we took a step back in time plus all the right modern amenities.
Huge tub! I do wish we had a window to look out onto the beautiful courthouse/town square. Maybe a different room next time! :-)

So glad you had a great time in our Seclusion suite. Our most interior room it gives that quite cozy feeling. Next time try the Square Vew suite and you will have a remarkable colorful view of the sunset on the courthouse. See you again at the Courthouse Suites.
