Shower water doesn’t turn off. Not the cleanest.

Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel was pretty convenient right next to a Kroger. The staff (I believe it was the manager the whole time) was kind and accommodating. However, the hotel overall needed a serious deep cleaning. The blankets and sheets had stains, the walls (especially common areas) were filthy. The manager had to chase away a man (possibly homeless) who was sleeping under the stairs. It just needs a complete overhaul.

Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe stay was wonderful and courteous. Hotel does need to invest in more towels and bigger pool towels. I would recommend the pool getting cleaned, patched and painted. Other than that, this is my hotel for future stays.

Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HotelsTv didn’t work. Breakfast was missing juice. Waffles didn’t cook totally. The keys deactivated @ 9am on last day although checkout was 11am. No one told me keys would deactivate at 9am

Ok stay
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HotelsRooms were pretty clean. Not enough towels and night manager was stingy with them and the pool towels. Person next door was bothersome (local sheriff’s office has a habit of renting rooms there for people that just got out of jail). Had to get ugly with him. Other than that stay was average. Housekeeping staff were nice and quite helpful.

There were plumbing issues which caused us to have to take a cold shower. Plumbing issues need to get fixed.
