Great sanctuary
Publié le 21 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is a real retreat. Nestled in a deep valley near Boone, it is a peaceful place. The cabin looks brand new and everything worked well. Love the gas fireplace! Beds were comfortable and furniture comfortable. I will return!

Amazing weekend getaway

Unforgettable vacation

Honest we will definitely rent here again. Thank you for all you did to ensure we were safe and sound! Your property is beautiful and Elk Creek will have a lasting memory on us.

Beautiful area
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWonderful cabin along a stream. Living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable however with the hurricane damage it may not be an issue. It breaks our heart to think that this beautiful area sustained so much trauma and damage.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. I see that your stay was prior to the storm. Just to update, this area was not hit to the extent of other parts of Western NC, and we are very blessed and thankful. The cabin and property fared very well, and the businesses in Boone and Blowing Rock are all back open. Thank you very much, and I hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
