"I was there for work, and a big snowstorm was happening at that time. The desk Girl was so nice. She had very good customer service. My room was comfortable and I got the good rest I needed. I will choose Comfort Inn again next time. "

"The stay it self was fine with no issues. We booked on Hotels.com with the option to pay at the hotel. The hotel charged our credit card twice. We called 6 days after we had stayed their. I was told by the front desk that the refund had already cleared and I needed to call my bank. It has been 6 days since the stay and the refund was the same day and cleared the same day is what I was told. My bank does not have a transaction showing the credit took place. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she would not be in for 4 days and I had to wait until Sunday. I asked to speak to someone else and was told there is nothing they can do but have me wait 4 days. This is incredibly disappointing a clear error on their part that they have said they are aware of is not their problem and I need to wait."
