Hôtel agréable
Publié le 4 mai 2019 sur HotelsDeuxième fois dans cette hôtel, toujours aussi bien. Parking gratuit nouveau PUB restaurant. Bon rapport qualité prix. J'y retournerai lors de mon prochain déplacement sur le secteur.

Good hotel in ideal location
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HotelsHotel is very well located to main roads as we were using this hotel as a base to travel to Cheshire and North Wales. Swimming and spa facilities are available and we used these everyday and staff where very friendly and helpful. Only slight disadvantage is that rooms are very basic in the sense that there is no phone to call hotel staff and very limited sockets.

The shower was poor, it was like a dripping tap and very old fashioned. There was no sky tv even though it was advertised having sky. The bed was very uncomfortable and woke up with a very bad back. Doors of main door and wardrobe slammed shut. Everything done via qr code which was annoying. I reported a few things and nothing got done.

Lovely staff at reception and at breakfast. Adequate twin room. Pool was nice, although highly chlorinated and my daughter could only use for restricted hours ever it was full of other children messing about, so she couldn't swim lengths - why can't a decent teen swimmer do laps with adults?
Excellent value for money. Would recommend.
