Avoid at all costs!

This is not a 4 star hotel - worst experience ever and I would like to warn others before booking. Misleading and misold. It is. 2star at best and that too because the rooms are ok. Breakfast terrible, service terrible, no manager on site - claiming they have but received payment so we paid again! Treating us like we are beggars. Good location. Right at the corner of library road and very beginning of Maal road. Excellent cooperative and supporting stuffs & executives. Good breakfast and complimentary evening snacks ( yes you don’t get every where ). You can order in house dine options of Pahadi cuisine. All in all I will tell Ellbee will ensure a memorable stay for here .

OK hotel for short stay

The entry to the hotel is through a very narrow Masjid lane and only small cars can get through comfortably and not any large sedans or luxury suv vehicles. The staff at reception did not allow check in before 2 PM even though they did have rooms available. Mall road entry price at the gate is rupees 150 per entry and no car can enter between 4 pm to 10 pm. The hotel is above average but could be better a d deluxe room cost in tbe range of 5000 and deluxe room in range of 10000. There is a welcome drink of lime water and tbey hive complimentary high tea in the evening and breakfast is OK but coffee is useless. There is no lift present and laundry bag and slippers were absent. The hygiene could be better.

Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for your feedback.We would like to apprise you that Mussoorie has a barrier system for traffic management where vehicular movement is restricted at the Mall Road from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm, and commercial vehicles are not allowed inside the mall road. There is not much we can do about vehicle access during these hours. However, we always inform our guests beforehand about the situation as well. We had also sent you an email and Whatsapp regarding the parking and traffic rules of Mussoorie when you booked at our hotel.Regarding the narrow Masjid lane entry, we understand that it may pose challenges for larger vehicles, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We want to apprise you that even though we have had guests that can take cars as big as Toyota Fortuner in our lane, for guests who are not comfortable driving, there is an option to park the vehicle in MDDA parking as well.We are, in fact, one of the few hotels in Mussoorie that can easily accommodate up to 20 cars in our parking.We apologise for any discomfort that you may have experienced during your stay. We take all feedback seriously and will use your comments to improve our services for future guests.We hope you will not judge us solely based on this particular experience, as this certainly does not reflect the otherwise high standards of service we endeavour to maintain. My experience was horrible. They have given misleading hotel information when booking. The car park and the hotel are about 800 meters distance. it was a huge inconvenience for us to take our languages from the car stopped to the hotel. The hotel staff never provided the luggage services nor informed us of the hotel location earlier. it was real trouble. not recommended.

Terrible and worst choice to stay in this hotel. Way to hotel is impossible to reach with 4 wheeler with narrow road. Staffs are very very unfriendly and rude. Specially the night manager, Mr. Parmar, he was so arrogant and unconsiderate for any requests we put thru. Start with, they were not ready to provide any bedding for extra person but ready to charge Rs. 900. Any other request we made thru like asking for tissue paper, plates, glasses and other few stuffs, he has same answer that these are not procedure and we need to ask FBS team to get inventory or room attendant is not available. As a regular customer of expedia, i am terribly disappointed and request you to please share some discounts coupon code as a complimentary.

Below average for the price.

Location off mall road in very small side street near library chowk. I was given a room in level 1. room was extremely smelly and not clean. sticky floor. Room freshener or perfume had no effect! after talking to them gave me another room in level 2, it is better than first one but not great. same smell issue. 2nd room had shower issue as he almost no water pressure. Break was ok, but not enough sitting area. Staff were friendly but what is the point when room is not good enough.
