Beautiful property. We started there for 4 days. It was an awesome experience. Food, Rooms, location, staff is very very good. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

This property is under renovation.However, that doesn’t mean that the guests should listen to the intermittent Noise of the renovation work taking place in the background. Additionally, heater functionality in the room was intermittent. Door unlocking - locking feature was faulty, guests are made to use the same lift used by workmen! , the staff doesn’t seem to care about fixing issues.

Nice but jaded
Publié le 1 juin 2019 sur HotelsThe hotel does provide fair service, but it really can’t be called a 4 or 5 star hotel.... and that is what I was looking for. The bathroom stank, no provision has been made to keep the monkeys away so I couldn’t enjoy sitting in the balcony and during my one day there, there was such a lot of construction noise that I just couldn’t rest. Food was average.... staff is helpful and nice and the check in and checkout processes were smooth...
