I booked this room but they had issues with the room so they gave me a different property: Carsbad Inn which they had only one room. The Carlsbad room was noisy and was on the first floor with street viewno ocean view. I complained about the room but was not given was told they didn't have any other room. They did not let me know about issues with the room until I arrived at the property and learned about the issue. Their front desk person in Del Mar told me their that their reservation people would call. It told them about an hour to call to offer me the Carlsbad location.

Beautiful and clean. If we needed anything a mere text is all it took. Plenty of space loved the little extras like extra towels. Bed and pillows super comfy!!! Definitely did not have enough time. Thank you

Loved waking up with an ocean view. Back patio area to sit and enjoy the view and next to a park, so not looking into another building or window. Poll was heated, so able to swim in the morning, sit in the jacuzzi before checking out.
The only surprise was the train track goes right by the beach front, so you could hear the crossing horns every couple hours throughout the night. I think you'd get used to that if staying longer.
