The attention to detail from the mattress to the linens to the decor to the emphasis on sustainability was unmatched. Highly recommend for a boutique vibe that you can feel good about.

Room for improvement
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThere is minimal privacy and security at this property. Anyone walking y can look in your window and the door doesn’t automatically lock behind you when you leave. There is also no main light, so the room is especially dark if you pull down the blinds for privacy. The sheets were falling apart at the hems. The towels and comforter were stained likely from washing colors and whites. I really wanted to like this place, but as a single woman traveling alone, I was uncomfortable.

Hi Anonymous! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, however the feedback (not to mention no face to the name) is tough to act on given it's all a bit off base. All guest rooms are secure with keypad locks and extra latch locks to use if it's your preference to do so. There are solar lights on the exterior hallways in front of the rooms that come on automatically as the sun is setting daily and a large overhead light in the courtyard parking lot in the center of the property. Our sheets and towels are quite high end (Coyuchi is the brand) and we hand dye our linens for a fun "tie dye" design touch, which is clearly intentional. We are female owned and operated, so given that you had direct access to contact staff throughout your stay I do wish you would have shared that you were uncomfortable so that we could have resolved any issues or helped make you at ease in real time. Thanks!
