Great experience!
This ended up being a much nicer stay than I anticipated. My family booked a double queen with a pull out couch, and unfortunately they oversold those rooms. They called in advance and offered us a king bed with a complimentary double beds room next door to accommodate us. The rooms were clean, the beds were so comfortable. We all agreed it was one of the best nights sleep we’d ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, the kids were ecstatic about the pancake maker and cinnamon rolls, and I loved the veggie omelettes and biscuits and gravy. Service was excellent, especially when we checked in late at night. Would stay here again!

Overall the property was OK, but walls are very thin. Wasn’t happy being awaken at midnight to a couple arguing, but was pleased with the quick response from staff. I’ll continue to use Holiday Inn; amenities, breakfast and always have the best location to restaurants and shopping.
