Was so impressed at the renovations that were done to this old historic hotel. I grew up in Delevan, WI. and this place was shut down and empty for a long time. Very convenient for me to b down town when i come to visit my Family.

Rooms were comfortable. Reception area needs more improvement. Stay was comfortable.

Great for pets, not so much for people

We were traveling with a small dog and this hotel was far more reasonable ($20/night) that other hotels we considered. There is a public part directly across the street which was very convenient for dog walks.
Our main complaint was a bag of smelly trash left in the corridor by housekeeping. We brought it to the attention of the management in the early evening and it had not been removed by check-out.
TV interface was virtually unusable.

The door to the room was falling off of its hinges…. RM210
They gave a drink voucher for the bar that was shut down by code enforcement.
Expectations were not high given the cost of the room, but….

The rooms were filthy. The carpet was filthy. The hallway smelled like cat urine.
