Maybe more parking available sometimes it’s a little hard to get parking.

We were up all night from doors opening and closing. It was so loud, and it was not because the guests were being rude, it was that the doors were warped. So when you tried to open them, you had to kick the door in and then slam the door shut so it would shut properly. The bathroom floors were sticky, and totally needed to be updated. We got a text once we arrived to ask if we needed anything, and we texted back and said we needed toilet paper. Never received an answer so went to the front desk and the guy there said he had never heard of sending out texts. So we showed him the text we received and he said that must go to his boss not him. So he had to grab the toilet paper from the front desk and take it upstairs Would not stay here again again.

We showed up to wait in the front lobby with transients from the street hanging in the lobby with us for more than 20 minutes before someone came to check us in. The room was clean but run down and the front door to our room was broken and held together with finish nails (not secure). And the toilet was too big for the bathroom preventing the bathroom door to open. To top it all off, the room smelled like smoke and pet dander and had an almost empty roll of toilet paper.

Don't like the way they manage parking permits..I recieved parking ticket due to poor communication on their part...

Light switch as you enter room was not working, actual light was broken and hanging by a wire.Bathroom dirty, dust on the shelves where towels are stored. The base of the toilet was really dirty,had not looked like it was cleaned in weeks.Hot water took almost 20 minutes to get hot.Under the bed was food, garbage,bottle caps and broken toys. If we’re weren’t so tired after a long day at the Walworth county Fair, would have requested a different room, it was already after 8 when we arrived.Vending machine in lobby was out of water, manager on duty Kevin, gave me 2 bottles no charge.Was the only nice thing about the stay.Came down in morning at 8 am and the waffle batter was empty, most of the trays were empty as well.This was our first time trying a Baymont, have to say Never Again!

One ice machine by front desk, broken. Lobby area a/c (with bkfst area) had broken a/c. Bathroom sink pipes exposed. Shd/v/b enclosed in a cabinet under the sink. Not enough counter space although there was PLENTY of room for it. Hate a sinktop bowl! Back door totally unlocked! Shd be accessible ONLY with your room key card in order to enter the hotel.
