I have a dog which I paid $30 for a pet fee per night and then an extra $50 for incidentals. My dog came into the building and got some mud on its feet and hopped on the bed. Just made a few marks on sheets. They also stated that she had a lot of fur on the bed and they had to wash the sheets more than once. My dog did not chew anything did not make an accident did not bark. We are just getting in trouble because the dog being a dog got a little bit dirty. Nothing washers couldn’t take care of. I understand extra in the beginning but $30 to make that go towards washing sheets and washing up stuff that maybe a dog did, but to charge the $50 fee for just having to put it into an extra load and clean it makes no sense

The room was not clean and it smelled like smoke. Did not look like the photos. No elevator. Staff was very friendly.

After using a 60 discount on booking online I got one night stay for 63.00 instead of 123.00. I had made reservations with hotel directly when we arrived we showed where we paid online for a room and the reservation that still was there cancell and jusy use current paid in full one night stay, they charged my card for the 1st reservation 123.00 plys tax ontop if already getting paid from online they said i had to call the place i reserved the one and it was them they wouldn't refund me gave me anither night and then asked me to leave because we had to get our dog dropped off so theybkicked us out. 198.26 for 10 hours and then kicked us out they are dog friendly. Hotel isn't worth too dollar and I'm disputing charge niw

Front desk staff was very rude. We found roach-like insects in our room. Breakfast was limited in selection.

No frills economy hotel with free breakfast. Room was generally clean but in need of refreshment to repairs (i.e., holes in wall). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Just needs fixtures updated. They're rusty & sink was cracked and stained in bathroom. Pool closes early. Staff are very nice.
