The rooms were nice and I enjoyed my stay. I liked that there was no carpeting and the windows opened. I did not encounter a lot of the staff, but those I did were friendly and courteous. The pool area looked clean but i did not use the facility. There could have been more parking nearer to the back exit to make loading and unloading easier. Overall I would stay here again.

Our room was great! My family and I received a king bed suite which was very clean! Staff was very friendly, and they have a huge breakfast area which was really good! Great area, close to the Columbus Zoo, restaurants and shopping all around! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is I have a family with small kids, and we were put on the third floor, and the elevator was out of service! Other than that everything g else was great!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the room had been recently updated. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. The location was handy to our destination and an easy drive to the zoo. Breakfast setup was good and waffles,scrambled eggs,and sausage were hot and tasty. We would definitely make this a stop for any future trips to Colombus!
