The hotel was low budget. The rooms were clean but not very nice. The roll away bed was as hard as a rock. There was not a continental breakfast offered. They offered breakfast via room service and only offer eggs and toast. Tue staff was friendly and the location was great. They offered airport pickup but they were an hour and fifteen minutes late. We went outside looking for the driver and when we realized he wasn’t there the airport wouldn’t let us back in to use a phone that call and it was freezing outside. Not a good way to start our vacation. When the hotel took us back to the airport to leave, they saw d the price was going to be $1400 rupee and the driver tried to scam us into paying $1690 rupee.

useless hotel

Most useless place..no facilties as advertised..miserly attitude like 1 towel and 1 tea bag for a double occupant booking..not even hot water in the bathroom..felt cheated..hotels.com should get me a refund from the hotel since it was no where close towhat was de scribed. .said parking it was parking on the road at the mercy of police and thieves..

Comfortable hotel handy to nice shops/transport

Contre : For the asking price, I would not expect anything to be improved, thought the quality of food I ordered (once) for room service was below average.
Emplacement : The Greater Kailash markets provide great shopping, good restaurants and bars.
Having stayed in many Indian hotels, I have often found staff to be too solicitous, too intrusive. All I ask is a comfortable room and to be left alone unless I ask for something. This hotel, which is very well located and very well priced, was a pleasure to stay in.

This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star property. Barely functioning WiFi, cheap quality toiletries, no newspaper and no bedsheets. Highly overpriced. Avoid it if you can.

Reasonable Hotel nearby famous M-block market

Contre : Restaurant is lausy, room is not very clean
Emplacement : Nearby is the famous M-block market with many shops, bars and restaurants
It is a reasonable Hotel just nearby the famous M-block market, but nothing special. Just good enough if you stay only a few days.
