Everything was great. Everyone was nice and my deposit was refunded immediately after I checked out. Pool was closed and that was disappointing considering I booked that particular hotel to swim. But things happen it was only a minor inconvenience.

Needs updating

This is the best hotel in Delhi, however it needs some upkeep. They desperately need new towels, the ice machine would not work, but it was clean.

Looked clean - until we went into the bathroom. The shower wall had a white film over about 1/3 of the tiles. Otherwise the room was clean. A de-humidifier kept the stale smell out which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was terrible. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and then put into the pan on the counter where they dried out even more. We had to ask for more of most foods; they just hadn't put much out. Coffee was good. Property is seriously in need of updating outside, but the room was decent inside

Many of the downstairs rooms are not in use due to a cleaning staff shortage, there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. We struggled to get our luggage up stairs.
