Far from airport, inconsistent service.

The hotel is quite distant from the airport,about 40 minutes from domestic terminal. The first (of two times)I stayed there the airport pickup was 2 hours late. When I phoned they kept saying that the driver would be there in a few minutes. The second time the driver was waiting for me when my flight arrived. Although the website says airport transport provided they only provide transport to the hotel. Their charge for the ride to the airport was exorbitant. The room was very clean, well furnished and comfortable.
