We came here from 15 hours long flight felt good warm welcome from staff Mr Rajesh was helpful very good breakfast room was clean upgrade our room with no fees over all excellent stay strongly recommend Caspia

Untidy hotel. Bedsheets and pillow covers looked like never been washed. Shower was broken, Walls have dirt marks. Will never go back again.

Everything was good apart from dinner time. Staff were relaxed and did not notice about me waiting for help.
