Smutsigt ställe med ojämn service
Publié le 16 janv. 2017 sur HotelsHotellet är definitivt inte ett trestjärnigt ställe. Ni behöver kontrollera hotell ni tar upp. Tvåstjärninga hotell bredvid var bättre. Castle Blue´s skylt redan är sönder, mögel i badrummet, TVn visar No signal, frukosten fungerar inte, de försöker ge mig ett litet rum med inpyrt rök som de sprejar med något äckligt medel. Borden var inte torkade från gamla fläckar och kylskåpet - som in var på - var mögligt och äckligt med smuts.
Men det viktigaste, nämligen sängen var bra och det fanns varmt vatten.
Ta bort detta hotell från hemsidan är min rekommendation.

Also they didn't seem to have any record of my booking, I waited almost 45 minutes to check-in!! Really poor and sadly I don't recommend this place

A frightening experience.
Publié le 3 août 2016 sur HotelsWe (2 ladies) arrived after midnight and were taken from Castle Blue by a group a men to the Paramont Hotel. No clear explanation and we were frightened. We had to ask the menu in front to slow down repeatedly (they had our bags and we wanted to keep them in view).
At the Paramont Hotel there were stains on the bedsheets, the workman had left his flip-flops in the room, the bathroom door did not close easily, there were no curtains at the bathroom window. The temperature choice was super hot or super cold. The remotes for the TV and air-con did not work.
I had contacted the hotel 3 times prior to arrival (via the hotel website and then by direct email) but there had been no reply.
This hotel/these hotels should NOT be promoted by hotels.com. Our experience was frightening and being walked through a dark street with piles of garbage was not a good first experience of New Delhi.
I did not pay much but however little I pay I expect safety and cleanliness. Based on the fact we did not get either, I think we deserve a refund.

Nice economic hotel near a IGI airport
