Dirty Rooms & Poor Service

Dirty Rooms..! No choices for breakfast..you have to pay extras for breakfast.. Their Customer service is very bad..we check in very late at 10.30pm and requested for late check out around 3.30pm for next day since we had fligh to catch at night. During check in time they told us no problem with late check out..But The next day the call us and ask us to leave by noon. The hotel rooms was empty but still they refused to allow us to stay until 3pm.Very bad experience.

Narrow street, taxi driver can't find the location

Worst hotel in my 30 years travel experience. Dirty bed sheets dirty towels, hairs all over the bed and floor. Dust bin full of garbage. No hot water no shampoo no any option for iron. No elevator to my fourth floor room. Credit card not accepted no receipt for cash payments.

Average and expensive

At first glance the room looked alright but at a closer look it wasn't clean. There was hair (short and curly ones) under the blanket and pillows, the bins were not emptied and the toilet seat had dirty foot prints on it. However, I told them and was immediately moved to a cleaner room, tho still not fabulous, it was much better and I then had a good night's rest. The staff were helpful enough but the 'breakfast included' I had to pay for and it was not good at all.

Very bad location. Water logging at approach.

Very uncomfortable. Water taps found broken. Water leakage from tank. Shifted room thrice. All the three rooms water tap broken. Not given original bill.

Pour : 立地。メトロから徒歩10分
Contre : なし。
Emplacement : 細い路地にホテルがあり暗い。
ベットのシーツは替えられてなく、トイレやシャワーの水周りが汚い。元々の料金が高すぎる。 1000円以下であれば、良いかも。

We were not informed that this hotel does not have a regular road and has a very bumpy route to reach to. It is situated in a very narrow lane with crowded neighborhood with a bad view. Bathroom was not at all what I expected. Bed was OK. Staff was supportive. Overall experience was not good.

Nice budget hotel to stay near airport!!

Its a low budget hotel and is close to airport. Room was big and nice. Hotel doesnt has a resturant, so you will get only breakfast and rest of the meals either you can order online or hotel staff will care of it. The manager/owner Mr. Bhupal is friendly and helpful. So its a nice stay a very low cost.

Dirty dirty dirty. This hotel has never been cleaned. No lift no nothing that they say they have. Everything broken.so filthy dirty really. Don't stay there. I was scared for my safety

Worse hotel experience ever

I have stayed in several hotels, but this one is one of the worse experience. I arrived late around 11 pm, and taxi cannot find the hotel. When I reached, they give me room which was practically impossible condition to live - stingy bathroom, carpet was super dirty, mattress and bedsheets had smell. I am writing review to request expedia to remove this hotel from listing
