Convenient for transportation and near by shopping mall. Food was good. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the the staff at this hotel who all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

1. The AC did not work, even after multiple calls to the front desk it fell to deaf ears. 2. There was construction happening, there were heavy machinery being used through out the noon and afternoon 3. Food was served burnt, and the management forced that we cannot order via swiggy or from outside nor did take any action to improve..Surprising ! Hostel rule Not worth the money, there are lot more better place at much cheaper rate

Good but not going back again.

The stay was okay but I am not going back again. Visit was a part of our business trip, hence we booked a room with a working desk but the one we were given was completely different. We then had to go back and ask for the room which we booked. This was also the winter season and the room was extremely cold. I think the windows were not good. The Shower and the health faucet was black in color. I am writing all such things because we paid INR 6,000 per night and i think, such amount calls for better service if not the best.

The geyser didn't work till we complained hard. The TV didn't have a single English channel. The set top box was defective and set right only on the last night.
