Très Décevant

Nous avons pares 15 h de voyage patientés 3h car l'hotel ne retrouvait pas les réservations. De nombreux problème dans la chambre, internet inaccessible, prises de courant non alimentées, tube d'éclairage de la salle de bain qui se décrochait régurlèrement La piscine et le sauna n'étaient pas disponnibles. Impossible de réservé un taxi lorsque l'ion s'adressait à l'acceuil, nous avons du le faire par nous même. Le seul point positif, le restaurant et le centre cpommercial à côté de l'hotel.

Overall unsatisfied during stay this time.

Hotel breakfast was same during all 3 days, Food quality is OK Rooms were not cleaned, Lizzard oberved in Room. WIFI not working. Delayed in Check inn, check out process.
