This hotel does Not exist. We spent 40 minutes driving around in a taxi circling the address. There is no such hotel. None of the locals knew about it either. The driver said the hotel scam probably bought fake reviews. We finally had to get out of the taxi with all of our suitcases and walk around until we found another place.

They couldn’t even find our confirmation number so we didn’t stay there. It was the scariest place ever! Hotels.com did not help us At all. I cannot believe that they had this hotel is a 9.4 rating. It was a scary dangerous little Ally and I had young people with me.

Really impressed at our stay in the Plazzo prime . The stay was very comfortable and, for the price paid, it met all our expectations. Throughout our stay the staff were working so hard and yet Nice and clean also excellent service |Nice break fast lots of variety and clean atmosphere. I arrived early morning for 6 night stay. I was there 5 hours or less and left! There was no towels, soap, toilet paper.. the walls had splatter on them. There were shoes at the bathroom door like someone was staying there. I found blood on the sheets. The window was just a screen so you could hear everything outside. The remotes had been taped all up and I asked about coffee and they didn’t have any even though they were supposed to provide breakfast. I did not feel safe at all due to the location. I have been trying to get a refund from the owner but so far I haven’t received it.

Brilliant comfortable twin room for a young family with two small kids. Staff went above and beyond to ensure food for kids was appropriate. Specially made and packed food for our long haul flight for the small kids. Loved it and very thankful.
