le confort proche du shopping

Pour : Accueil très chaleureux du personnel, la décoration très fleurie , les saris des hôtesses d'accueil, le confort.
Contre : Eviter de placer les clients dans des chambres situées près des travaux en cours!!!
Proche d'un très grand centre commercial, hôtel très confortable, avec des matelas moelleux à souhait, climatisé, large choix de restaurants et de types de repas possibles.

A fuir absolument !!!!! Service inexistant !!

- L'accueil : froid et non chaland
- Les chambres: vetustes et bruyantes (il y avait des travaux à l'étage du dessus...) aucune excuse de leur part
- Des voleurs: nous avons demandé un taxi pour nous rendre à Agra (A/R), le tarif annoncé : 20 000rp!! Nous avons contacté nous même une agence de taxi et pour 7000rp nous avons même eu un guide!
- Le petit déjeuner: digne d'un restaurant 3* en France
- L'emplacement: le pire de Delhi!! Rien autour, c'est moche et embouteillé
- le service concierge: nous avons demandé après notre check out de laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel afin de faire une dernière visite de la ville avant notre retour en France, ils ont refusés....nous sommes pourtant dans un Hôtel 5*, au prix des chambres aucune reconnaissance.
Pour résumer, feuillez cet hôtel! Vous trouverez beaucoup mieux dans le centre de Delhi!

I stayed at the hotel at the beginning of my trip and at the end of my trip (so two nights but not back to back). The first check-in was great, flawless. The second was not. Initially they could not find the reservation and when they finally did find it then they had several questions that were not asked the first time. The second check in they said they required two forms of ID when asked why then they changed their mind. The second time they required a higher amount to hold on credit card than the first check in. When asked why they didn’t have answer. There was lots of talking amongst themselves and check in took over 25 minutes before they handed over the room key.
