Sans faille !
Publié le 24 avr. 2019 sur HotelsDifficile de décrire la qualité de service de l'hotel Lodhi depuis les messages envoyés avant notre arrivée pour s'assurer que nos désirs seraient remplis, l'accueil impeccable à l'aéroport malgré nos deux heures de retard, jusqu'à la décoration de la chambre à notre arrivée, la petite touche personnelle (ce voyage était à l'occasion de nos 20 ans de mariage), les sourires permanents, l'amabilité sans faille du personnel, le concierge prévenant, etc … sans oublier Indian Accent, le restaurant étoilé adjoint à l'hôtel. Le séjour fut forcément trop court mais les souvenirs restent. Un des meilleurs hôtels dans lequel j'ai séjourné depuis 40 ans de voyages réguliers. Bravo. Un exemple.

Superbe établissement, l'un des rares contemporain
