Staff is courteous and decent. In room accessories should have multiple choices!
Overall a pleasant experience. Well recommended for a day or 2 stay.

This is the worst hotel that I had ever stayed in my life! I had at 2:00 am and the entire hotel staff was fast asleep although they were notified of my late arrival. The cabbie yelled and screamed and got them to open the gate. At check-in they informed their room key card machine was out of order and they can't give me any keys. Each time I left the room, I had to call the hotel staff to open the door with the master key. The air-conditioner does not work so they have ceiling fans in every room! Although the fan is shown to have multiple speeds it had only one speed - full speed. The hotel staff informed the mineral water they supplied in the rooms was not of good quality and for extra charge they can provide me better quality water. Breakfast spread is minimal to say the least.
Next day, I had a guest come to visit me. She is a very well known socialite in Delhi. First the front desk called me and asked me to come down and identify my guest. I went down to the shabby lobby and identified her. Then they wanted to see her photo ID and she showed it to them. Then they asked her to leave her photo ID with them while she visited me. She found it extremely insulting and refused to come in. I too was aghast at the rude and mean behavior of the hotel staff. I was scheduled to stay for about 3 weeks and left in less than 24 hours. Stay away from this hotel that lacks basic amenities and run by a bunch of untrained morons!!

I am personally dismayed to know of the incidents, which affected your stay & front desk experience at The Muse Sarovar Portico, New Delhi.
I have investigated on the issue and found that due to technical error our key card machine did not work during that period,
in regards to the id proof for outsider guest, it’s a hotel policy to take id proof from every outsider guest for the safety of guest and hotel.

Publié le 27 juin 2018 sur ExpediaWe had a very enjoyable stay at the Muse. The staff is very prompt, courteous, and efficient. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is good, but you can also order room service 24/7. Their paneer and chicken items are especially good!!

Overpriced
Publié le 20 mai 2018 sur ExpediaWhen I checked in there was no parking for me . The staff didn’t even bother to unload my luggage and asked me to go park on the road outside .
I had asked for an Airport drop at 5 , but car was not ready on time .
I was rudely woken up at 6:44 am by a clueless employee who asked me if I wanted a shaving kit .. apparently he Dialed the wrong room 😡.
The food was good and I did get the soft pillow I asked for , so that was good .
Overall for the service this hotel is terribly overpriced. The staff needs a lot of training.
