Horrible stay The rooms & linens are all stinking . Bathrooms latches/locks all broken Taps leaking . Flush & wash basin drains not working properly. Got the money deducted twice on check in and returned on checking daily after 6 days . Only good thing for which I chose earlier this hotel was the location as close to centre of city . Breakfast also reasonably good but will never stay here again despite having stayed here thrice earlier . They need to upgrade their hotel

my review would be incomplete without taking some names. DEEPAK JOGI - AMANDEEP - IMRAAN -DEEPAK YADAV - MAAYNK NEGI -GOKUL AND OTHERS AT THE PARK,new delhi.. THESE STAFF AT THE PARK are true definition of " GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR CALL OF DUTY ". THEIR ATTENDANCE TO MY COMFORT AND WELLBEING WAS OUTSTANDING.. I FEEL SUCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE RECOGNISED AND MAYBE EVEN REWARDED.

Big Mistake
I don't know how much to say about wrong things, the list is too long. The only good thing about this hotel is their food, which is very good, except that everything else seems to be not up to the mark. Few examples: mould in the shower area; loose plumbing fixtures, would come off while using them; loose and rotating toilet paper holder; had to ask each day to replenish the tea supply and water in the room; luggage bell boy would question you extensively when requested to send a cart for carting luggage; staff seems arrogant and rude and had to work on each of them to make them smile; seemed like too many supervisors either having a good time or moving around doing nothing but looking very busy; not all servers are dedicated and diligent; had to remind several times the server to bring a requested item; so on and so on.

Booked a different room, they upgraded , but that was a fraud as the upgraded room was not even good, had a mold smell, wood flooring had a gap. reported to the staff and asked for the same room which I booked, and they refused as they did offer that to somebody else. Overall bad experience at this hotel.

Property was going under maintenance and it was too noisy and loud. Hotel is understaff and they took 3 hours and 10 calls to get me a basic amenities. Front desk girl was really rude. Pathetic and very unprofessional behaviour from staff.
