Très historique, et confortable petite maison avec un beau patio tranquille. Emplacement génial près de la région touristique et plage.

Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place is as described. It's an older place. As a Florida man, this is a Florida home. Close to the beach and nightlife. Some may find the neighborhood sketchy, but it's a block away from the police station and gentrification.

I feel that the fact that it's urban adjacent is kind of glossed over; yes, it's 2 blocks to Atlantic Ave. but I wasn't totally comfortable walking around by myself at times. There's also a literal junk man across the street. He would bang on washing machines to flatten the metal I guess?
I know he's trying to make a living, just saying that there are a lot of noises from that house.

Shady lady house is amazing!!!!
Publié le 11 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family and 2 dogs had a blast there everything is all walking distance the beach is literally 5 min away from the house I took soo many pictures lol I definitely recommend the shady lady home.the neighborhood are very friendly as well and quit never noisy or loud music everyone is very respectful thank you again Dan your the man haha have a blessed day xoxo
