Lack of hot water and tv/dvd didnt work. Had a smell of cat urine.

Jeremy,I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I never received a call or any contact from you which would have enabled me to try and address your concern's while you were at the property. My contact information is provided upon check-in for just this purpose.As you can see from almost all of my previous reviews we do not get many negative comments. I am most concerned about the cat smell comment as we have a no pet policy and to my knowledge we have not had cats/dogs in the apartment with any guests immediately previous to your stay. I do appreciate your feedback even though negative. It helps us strive to do better.

Beautiful gem! Great for a family
Publié le 24 juill. 2023 sur HotelsWhat a gem of a place! My kids were delighted to stay in an “igloo” looking house! The basement apartment was surprisingly spacious and clean. Full kitchen and bath. The kids enjoyed the tv in the evening while I got some work done.

I loved this property! They were great about communication and were very friendly. I would stay again. I would caution that there wasn't much for our young kids though. Also know that if you're planning a stay, everything closes early there (food places) and there's not a ton of options.

Really nice place and the host was very helpful. Very fast and answering questions. The place is very well equipped with everything you need down to spices and salad dressings. Just awesome!

The Property and owners were great! Very responsive, communicated well. The place was very clean. This place was amazing! If you are in Delta Junction you must stay here. They had the home well stocked with all the supplies needed to bbq a nice dinner up on the deck.
Very nice spacious kitchen. The bathroom was also very spacious with a large shower. It had a showerhead sprayer, which is a must in any shower I think, so it was great that this place had one. We stayed 1 night and I wished I had more time to stay longer. Definitely one of the top or best place I have stayed. Thank you! We definitely recommend staying here if you're in Delta Junction.

Family of 3 for one night stay at this basement apartment in early July. Overall it was a great experience.
Pros:
Owner was responsive and helpful.
Accurate description.
Very clean place.
Everything were well maintained.
Well equipped, there is even washer and dryer in the bathroom!
Ceiling fans are great for the summer nights.
Cons:
I am sensitive to sound in the night so I need to point this out. YMMV. There was a machine on and off several times during the night from somewhere outside, close to the main bedroom. Sounded like an air conditioner or something similar but not for this apartment. There were also sound like something hitting a pipe above the main bedroom, maybe related to the "machine"?
