We live full time in our RV and occasionally just want stay in a stick house, rest, do laundry and catch up on personal business. Fortunately, this place hit the spot! Great RV parking, clean, included washer/dryer, lovely space and a caring owner. Thanks!

The apartment was ok for staying one night but lacked some of the necessities we were hoping for…although it had a decent size kitchen, there was no baking sheet or lids for any of the pots and pans. The ice machine was broken, and there were no ice trays. Overall, it wasn’t bad but a few simple items could’ve made it a little more comfortable. Stephen was very good about getting back to me quickly when we had some issues working the TV.

Im sorry I did not have a baking sheet for you...it is not something my guests have requested in the past and I did not think a need.I do purchase a new pots and pans set every year...by the end of the year it is missing most of the lids as they have been broken by my guests. I'm sorry you rated me a 3 out of 5. due to the kitchen dish situation. As a small business in a remote and small town reviews are very important to us as they can make or break a business. We will strive to improve for our future guests.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. When we first arrived, we were nervous about the repairs that were in progress. We notice an odd odor. There was some standing water just outside the apartment door, and there are floor drains in several locations. We attributed the odor to those. We were unable to watch the Olympics on television, only the DVD collection provided for entertainment. Overall we really liked the property and it’s location pretty close to Fairbanks.

Thanks for your review. I am sorry about you missing the Olympics but we don't have cable service in Delta Junction. The TV is Wi Fi compatible but you have to log into your own service. I appreciate your staying with us.

Lack of hot water and tv/dvd didnt work. Had a smell of cat urine.

Jeremy,I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I never received a call or any contact from you which would have enabled me to try and address your concern's while you were at the property. My contact information is provided upon check-in for just this purpose.As you can see from almost all of my previous reviews we do not get many negative comments. I am most concerned about the cat smell comment as we have a no pet policy and to my knowledge we have not had cats/dogs in the apartment with any guests immediately previous to your stay. I do appreciate your feedback even though negative. It helps us strive to do better.

Beautiful gem! Great for a family
Publié le 24 juill. 2023 sur HotelsWhat a gem of a place! My kids were delighted to stay in an “igloo” looking house! The basement apartment was surprisingly spacious and clean. Full kitchen and bath. The kids enjoyed the tv in the evening while I got some work done.

I loved this property! They were great about communication and were very friendly. I would stay again. I would caution that there wasn't much for our young kids though. Also know that if you're planning a stay, everything closes early there (food places) and there's not a ton of options.
