Comfortable waterfront stay
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI arrived to find the house comfortably cool on a scorching hot summer day. The home was very clean. I instantly felt at home. I found plenty of comfortable places to sit and read. The kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable. Parking was easy. When I come back to Deltaville, you can bet I will check availability here first!

Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is our second time staying here and it was even better this time. You cannot beat the setting itself and the weather overall was gorgeous.
We love the comfortable furniture in the cottage, the cute decor and the sunroom is great to enjoy a morning coffee.
There’s also a pretty front patio.
For bird watchers we saw plenty—baby Blue Jays, large herons and eagles.
Communication was excellent and check-in was a breeze.
We’ll be back!

Cozy Cottage w/ Beautiful View

A Virginian Walden Pond
Publié le 25 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayAs a Biological Scientist who grew up idolizing Steve Irwin, this place was pure peace. I sat on the dock and watched eagles, terns, gulls, various water foul, and had an up close encounter with a Great Blue Heron that can be described as no less than utterly incredible. I absolutely love this place and it was only 20 minutes from my family living in Cobbs Creek! 110% will be back many, many times.

very well equipped and worth the price.
