Much needed long weekend retreat for 18th wedding anniversary

The paddle boat is fantastic and worked well for our fishing excursions on the lake where we caught bass, perch, crappie, and bluegill all day long. This was our first trip to the great lake area and I do not believe we could have picked a better location.

The hosts are the kindest, sweetest and most genuine people you will ever meet! From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the sounds of nature, kayak or pedal pontoon the lake, nap or read on the reclining deck chairs, play cards or have a drink at the table on the dock or just hang out in the cottage and enjoy the comfort of feeling like you have just found a home away from home 💕 You will not regret choosing this cottage to make your memories in!!!

A great little cottage retreat
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed this nicely decorated clean and bright roomy cottage in Delton. Living in Arizona, we especially enjoyed the green trees, grass, and the country feel of the area along with the surrounding lakes. Being on the cove was quiet and we did enjoy a paddle boat ride when the weather cooperated. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Checkin and checkout process was also super easy. Our only recommendation would be to add memory foam toppers to the beds. Overall, the place is a gem and we would definitely stay here again!
