Theft of service

Never stayed there . They said we didn't didn't book a reservation and we ended up getting charged twice for 2 rooms we never used

Tv is broke, bathroom door is broke, hairs in the fridge, hairs in the microwave…did not match the pictures online at all. We got catfished.

Rooms needs to be upgraded for as the doors bed mattresses base of the wall..also they need to have better breakfast choices. What is a waffle without eggs bacon/ sausage? Last but not least the value of the motel is not worth the money
