WE ARE VERY SORRY TO HEAR THAT YOUR TIME VISITING DEMOPOLIS WAS NOT AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. WE WERE QUITE ALARMED AT THE PRESUMPTION OF YOU BEING BIT BY BED BUGS WHILE STAYING WITH US AND FURTHER INVESTIGATED THE ISSUE OURSELVES ALONG WITH HELP OF 3 INDIVIDUAL MARENGO COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTORS; LOOKING OVER OUR ROOMS. WE WERE QUITE RELIEVED TO KNOW THAT NO BED BUGS WERE FOUND. THE BATHROOM DOOR, INDEED DID NOT CLOSE PROPERLY DUE TO LOOSE HINGES. AS YOU ARE AWARE WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO UPDATE THE PROPERTY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. WE DO APOLOGIZE FOR MISSING THE DOOR ISSUE AND PLACING YOU IN THAT ROOM.

The hotel was clean but the last night of my husband's stay the water was shut off. Couldn't take shower or use sink. They kept the room clean and the staff was friendly but there's no sound barrier so could hear everything in the rooms next to me.

Sorry fort any inconvenience you may have it in our hotel. we are under process of renovation the property. very soon you will see our new rooms update. but ones again very sorry for your water issue at out hotel for your stay.

I’m not even a princess but this place need to be shut down asap!! The room smelled really bad and was filthy!!! From the walls,bed linen and carpet just dirty!!! Holes in the walls taped up!!! Hair everywhere! Never ever again!
