Publié le 24 sept. 2018 sur HomeAwayAppartement trés bien situé en front de mer, vue sur jardin, piscine et mer; zone calme de Denia (à 4 kms du centre), mais à 400 metres d' un grand supermarché Consum. Residence calme ( sejour en septembre ). Trés bien equipé, et proprietaire à l'ecoute de vos suggestions pour l'amelioration du bien. Merci aussi pour le cadeau de bienvenue ( vin, eau, capsules café). Nous reviendrons surement si nous revenons à Denia.

Casa con estupendas vistas, muy limpia la entrega y con todo lo necesario para una gran experiencia y disfrute de su cercanía a la playa. Indicar que una de las habitaciones no tiene aire acondicionado, si tiene salón y habitación principal. Pero es cierto que tiene ventiladores en todas las estancias. La entrega perfecta y con comunicaciones agiles.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful views of the Sunrise from balcony
Publié le 3 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed staying in this well equipped apartment for 4 weeks to chill out. It was so quiet and had everything we needed.
So nice to sit and see the views from the balcony of the lovely gardens and pool, we even swam 3 times in the pool which cant be bad for April! Sunny every day but a cool wind.
The bed was enormous 6ft, and so comfy and shower was well designed always with hot water when ever we needed it.
The apartment on the 3rd floor and the lift wasn't working, so do be prepared to carry cases and shopping up. We are quite fit so wasn't too much of a problem.
The walk into Denia was longer than we hoped, I hour to the Marina, perhaps there is a short cut to the town itself?
We tried the local bus but is didn't show so we hired a car for 3 weeks, which turned out the best thing as we saw so much more of the nearby coastal towns, all of which are different.
Denia itself is lovely with the 'food street', and restaurants along the front opposite the Marina, and the Old town with its bars and restaurants up by the Castle, and the tunnel under the castle used as an air raid shelter, linking one part of town to the other, and not forgetting the Mountain, Montgo, for wonderful walks, all in all a great stay.

Estancia deliciosa
Publié le 8 juill. 2019 sur HomeAwayHemos pasado unos días con 2 niños en un apartamento muy acogedor, totalmente equipado, con una atención exquisita tanto de Ilka como de Nicole, gracias a las dos, situado en una urbanización muy cuidada a pie de playa.

Mooi appartement in Ikeastijl (een beetje steriel).
Publié le 24 févr. 2019 sur HomeAwayWij hadden graag vooraf geweten dat de door ons gekozen data niet geschikt zijn voor verhuur van dit appartement. Overdag weliswaar mooi weer, 's avonds te koud. De verwarming is daar niet op afgestemd en daardoor 'duur' in de praktijk. De omgeving ( nauwelijks verhuurde appartementen) gaf de indruk van een 'spookstad' Het appartement kende geen Nederlandse TV. In de wintermaanden toch wel een gemis.
Een hartelijke ontvangst. Prima bed. Mooie badkamer ( toegangsdeur 'blokkeeert ' echter) Koffiezetapparaat moet even worden gecontroleerd.
Royaal balkon met uitzicht op zeer, mooie tuin.

The apartment looks like shown in the pictures and confirmed from current guests before.
It is actual new renovated and equipped in 2018 and has a new, modern and most economical infrared heater in each room additional to the usual air conditioning warming.
So it is possible to warm efficiently.
Additional costs for heating were not charged from the guest.
The annunciation is mentioning Spanish, German and French TV, but a very good and quick internet and WIFI free of charge and smart TV are available.
Frequent and personal service was given during the whole stay from the service person.
We are always interested that every problem which could occur will be always solved directly and during the whole stay there is some responsible person reachable to solve,
explain and clarify any issue.
We are sorry, that the season in this case was chosen wrongly. Winter is general more quiet and surely not all fully booked.

Estancia muy agradable

La terraza está fenomenal y con buenas vistas al mar.
Es un apartamento ideal para ir con niños. La zona es muy tranquila y en las zonas comunes de la urbanización los niños pueden estar solos sin ningún peligro.
El único inconveniente, por decir algo, es el ascensor ya que para entreplantas por lo que siempre hay que subir o bajar un tramo de escaleras. Nosotros para ir con silleta un poco incómodo.

Gran descando y magnifico apartamento
Publié le 23 juill. 2018 sur HomeAwayTodo ha sido de maravilla, son muchos años veraneando en Denia pero esta vez ha sido todavía mejor, el apartamento fabuloso (solo le faltan unas cortinas para el sol en la cocina) pero todo lo demás perfecto.. muy equipado, muy cómodo y acceso directo a la playa, y las vistas perfectas.. fuimos con hijos de 16 y 17 años y muy felices.. el trato con Nicole, Ilka y Belén... fabuloso.... volveremos
