The apartment is centrally-located in a coastal and urban area. Everything is a step away, you can forget about your car and walk to the supermarket, to the Marinas beach, bar & restaurants, as well as hiking at the via verde.
This apartment is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home, all you need is there. The kitchen is fully furnished from microwave to a juicer and toaster, all you need for coffee each morning!

After exploring all that Denia has to offered or even adventuring to other gems of Costa Blanca, this comfy space includes a flat screen TV with streaming access and Vodafone TV and WiFi. Or you can just simple relax on the balcony terrace overlooking the Montgo, the palm trees and swimming pool area.

Bedrooms include a master with a king bed, one twin bedroom and a third bedroom with two children single beds, all bedrooms equipped with ceiling funs as well as the central heating/air conditioning. A work desk is also available in the third room. With two full bathrooms bath, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines.

To help you pack lighter, you can find in the apartment board games, beach games, 2 beach chairs, pool towels, ping pong paddles, baby cot, baby chair adaptor.

The complex offers a beautiful green space including a communal swimming, kids pool, a jacuzzi, outdoor bathroom & showers, kids playground, sitting area, ping pong table and private parking space.
