séjour agréable,hôtel bien situé,les pieds dans l'eau ,point négatif:chambre sur parking bruyant,parking libre et ouvert à tous le monde(difficile de se garer) restaurant de l'hôtel:belle vue mer,mais service très lent,peu de considération pour les clients de l'hôtel!!!!!!!!

This was an alright location. The food inside this place is not good and very over priced! The breakfast is crap & they have a few tables of breakfast items they put away after breakfast & then at night when they are about to close they bring the same tables with the same food out. You have to wait until 8am to be allowed to go inside to even get a simple cup of coffee & during breakfast you are only allowed to have the small kcup style expresso & if you want the expresso beans grinded for expresso from behind the bar then this isn’t included within your breakfast charge, you have to pay extra which I think is pretty petty, even though the guy with the hair bun insists they are the same coffee, & if that is true then why are you charging for the fresh ground beans, which I didn’t have a problem paying for but it just felt like they are not accommodating here at all! I would not stay here again. The lady at the reception Denise is very helpful & nice, but her boss with the short bob curly hair & huge eyeglasses is very rude, fake & snide. We were there during Easter weekend & this place was slightly busy & we had to make reservations for dinner at 7pm to get a bite to eat! At 6pm there was only 2 couples inside of the restaurant! We flew into Madrid at 5:45am & drove all the way to this place & we were really hungry but they would not allow us to even get a cup of coffee & the staff were ignoring us & wanted us out of the way! Denia is a lovely place but I will not stay here!

Good morning Rita,We are very sorry that you did not feel comfortable with us.We always try to offer the customer our best service.Let me tell you that the coffee that was served to you was from a machine, without a capsule, and at no time were you charged for it, when in fact the coffee is exactly the same but it is provided to the customer with a capsule for its easy use.The breakfast from what I see was not to your liking but I must tell you that it is a buffet with variety for all tastes. We find the words you used to describe the buffet to be in bad taste. We have never been described with such bad words.Remind him that he booked through an agency for one night with breakfast included and then wanted to book again through the agency with breakfast again, which we did not understand if he was so upset and that he would repeat the stay and with breakfast.All the best,Noguera Mar Team
