Mold in bathroom. Lobby smelled like cigarettes. Room vibrated when ac came on.

We (family of 4) stayed one night on the third floor. Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean and kept a decent temperature. The beds were great and the linens were fresh. There was no mold in the bathroom. You can see average wear and tear throughout the hotel but the decor is pleasant. Breakfast was really good. They had build your own burrito, sausage patties, oatmeal, or Texas shaped waffles as your hot options. Various pastries, cereal, fruit, & yogurt were also available. The shining star was the coffee machine though, help yourself to a regular coffee or a latte, lots of options.
The staff was incredibly helpful & pleasant! They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and ensured that we had everything we needed. Our one complaint was the temperature of the hallways of the third floor in the morning. We had an extended wait on the elevator and it got super uncomfortable. Also, not an issue for us but something to keep in mind, there are no USB ports in the rooms so remember your wall ports. We would definitely stay here again.
