It rained heavily and the water came through the window. We are still waiting for a call and to be moved to a different room. Also we got a disabled room on the 4th floor. Not sure why! One elevator was out the whole time we were there and the first night until late morning Friday both elevators were out.

The property had a nice lobby but as we made our way to the room, we noticed several issues. Elevator out of service, refrigerator not cooling, broken curtain rod,etc. Several other small issues. Also, there is no complimentary breakfast like most other mid-range hotels.

The service here is off the charts for a mid range facility. Awesome staff, super hot breakfast. This is my new place when in the Sherman area.
