Choose another hotel

Straight to the point: i was dissapointed at this hotel because: advertised facilities: thermal pool, sauna, turkish bath wasnt heating, however staff told me its working, when i came over there (in swimming suit after shower!), i've got frozen in 5 minutes, literally, all those things are located in a basement, dark and cold, plus, its a "very smoking area", i dont have any issues with lungs but it was hard for me to breath. I visited Pamukkale in November, not a good time! However outside still was +16+20 during the day, in this old hotel room was cold and uncomfy, temperature drops at night, AC unit 200yo need at least a hour to warm up the room and works only from a door key, so i needed to wait every time i get back to room for acceptable temperature to take jacket off. Same with the hot water. Water pipe, probably, 100km long, need to wait for warm water to take shower. Kinda not a dream vacation.

very old hotel, uncomfortable beds, dirty pool

Pros: location, friendly reception staff and that's all :(
Location: location was great as it was walking distance from the travertines.
broken flower vases by the pool. broken and missing plastics around the pool. total 15 sunbathing chairs for the whole hotel. no bar drinks available in the pool area so every time we wanted to drink something cold I had to go 2 flights up to the reception and only beers, tea or soft and canned drinks were available. No cocktails, no wines. I can't open windows due to broken window handles as it was extremely hot weather in our room. the breakfast served in the restaurant was with hard bread, half cooked half water scramble egg and mostly broken hard boiled eggs. disgusting looking and tasted sausage in tomato sauce. feta and cheddar cheese were there and they were hot due to not cooled or refrigerated. tomato and cucumber sliced like somebody definitely didn't care what they were doing at their job. the coffee machine wasn't working at breakfast. so I had to drink tea instead. I don't even want to mention about dinner which was offered 20 lira per person. So I had to take my family to Denizli every evening for dinner almost 11 miles one way.
