je suis resté 6 jours le premier jour aucun ménage n’a était fait le reste ils n’ont jamais remplacé les draps

Intoxication alimentaire

Nous avons passé une nuit horrible dans cet hôtel à cause de l’intoxication alimentaire que nous avons eus après notre diner dans leur restaurant. Ma femme et moi avons passé la nuit à vomir. De plus à notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre empestant le tabac alors que nous étions avec un bébé. Suite à notre, nous avons reçu une autre chambre même si l’odeur y était beaucoup moins forte nous sentions quand même l’odeur du tabac venant des couloirs. Lors du check-out, quand j’ai expliqué la situation au responsable, le seul geste qu’il a eu, c’était de ne pas nous faire payer le repas qui nous a rendus malade et qui a gâché une partie de nos vacances. Le seul point positif était la gentillesse du personnel qui répondait à nos demandes
