Disappointing

The beds were awful. One of them made so much noise with even the smallest amount of movement it sounded like my friend was sleeping on a bag of potato chips. One of the bedrooms had a mattress and box spring on the floor, no bed frame. No keurig coffee maker, only a regular coffee maker. We had to use paper towels as a filter. We could not watch the tv in the living room because it was in a corner behind the end of the couch.

Perfect for short stay in the Cape

Our family had to make a last minute booking due to COVID exposure at former accommodations. This house was easy to book and included everything we needed for our family of four. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was fully stocked. The house and furnishings were dated but the beds and linens were comfortable. We were thankful for the air conditioning units and washer and dryer. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. Overall- would recommend!

It wasn’t cleaned properly.

. We saw couple dead spiders in bath tub. The main door wasn’t opening, we spent too much time figuring out how we can open the door. It was jam. Called helpdesk, but they checked back next day which was too late. Asked for an extra hour to wrap up things on day of leaving but was denied.

We do thoroughly clean between each guest's visit and are sorry if any dead spiders were missed. We apologize for any delays in service with the door lock. We are currently unable to offer a later check-out due to COVID cleaning and airing the home before the next guest arrives. We hope to host you again in the future.
