Vacation

It had everything you needed.2 fans in every room. But one air conditioner in the window by the back door would have cooled the whole house down. Nice open floor plan. Was very hot and muggy when we were there. Much needed hand rails on front steps would have been nice. And some cleanup landscaping would have made the outside look much more appealing. Great walking areas. The ocean is just around the corner and 4 beaches are close by. You could even walk to one if you were up for it. Dennis is a beautiful area!

Close to beach, quiet, no frills

There's some benefits to staying in this home; close/walkable (10-12 min) to Bayview beach, very quiet & peaceful, and is close to parks, restaurants, etc. Because there is no AC, when we arrived, both bathroom floors had a lot of water on them due to the toilet tanks condensing. The cable didn't work, the outside trash can was completely full. The coffeemaker wasn't cleaned, and the trash bags were dirty from being reused. The property manager was very responsive. A contractor came by to check, the toilets, they scheduled a trash pick up, and had the cable company come out to replace the cable box.

Greatest house I have ever stayed at in cape cod

Staying in the house was so convenient especially due to the accessibility to the ocean. The neighbors are non invasive and it is nice.

Less than stellar

Arrived at 3:45, 15 minutes early for check in and cleaner was just getting there, claimed that they had gotten lost. Was not finished in time for us to check in at 4. Found tampon applicator and empty bottles under master bed. Trash cans were all full on arrival, animals got into them and spread trash through yard, and we had no where to put bags. Took 3 days to get a response from 1 of the 3 phone numbers we were given as local contacts. I picked up the trash so we didn’t have to look at it. Advertised that house has AC, it does not. Outdoor shower is a great feature but extremely unkempt with rotted wood. Second time staying here, first stay was similar, had given them a second chance as everyone has a bad day, figured it would be better. It wasn’t. Liked the beach it’s close to, and the walk was easy.

Nice house, no A/C

The listing specifically said the house had air conditioning, and it did not. It was a clean enough home, with a short walk to the beach, but not having air conditioning (especially when that was expected) was a huge disappointment - particularly with children and during a heat wave no less. It’s a decent place for the money, but be warned.

Great Location and Comfy

I rented this property for my son and four other friends as they prepared for our son's mini-wedding. The house was very comfortable and welcoming.

Drains and coffeemaker

Drains in the kitchen and master bedroom are not drains too well. We had to buy our own coffee maker since we could not get the one in the kitchen to work

Sweet home in East Dennis

This home was exactly as described . Immaculate to walk into. Had hard time getting key lock to open and there was no back up key. After 3 phone calls got the right person who knew the trick to open lock box. Home is spacious and rooms were good size. I would live there year round If I could. Growing up on the cape is hard to go back and not have your family home anymore and have to rent a place. But loved our t iij me there and would recommend this home to anyone.
