Nice house

We found this rental to be very clean and well stocked.Having linens and towels provided was new for us and it was awesome!It was a very short drive to several beaches and the location was very accessible to the places we always frequent while still feeling very secluded and quiet.

Very good house, the back yard amazing Perfectly private from street. Beach close by. The beach pass such a plus. Thank you, we enjoyed immensely the week. Will keep in mind in future.

Great house for our group

This was a perfect house for our group’s trip to cape cod. Excellent communication with the host. She set up the beach pass for our car and made it super easy for us. And she checked in on how we were doing often, though we didn’t have any problems. Property was clean and very well stocked with almost everything we could need. Great spot for kids on a dead end road with private safe backyard. Even has safety gates on the deck! So much space for us all to spread out. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and beautiful!

We had a great stay.. the house was very clean and had everything we needed! The only reason I didn't give it a perfect review is because it was listed as having a hot tub or any type of whirlpool bath tub.. it was listed in the description as having it. I always look for a home to stay in on vacation for this amenity.. my grandchildren love it. But otherwise our stay was great!!! The location was great.. the home was great.. the host was great!!!

Hi Sandra, Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. I've contacted VRBO to investigate why this setting changed, as it requires manual adjustment within the application. I haven't accessed the VRBO application since locking in prices earlier this year. It's possible that recent VRBO application updates may have inadvertently triggered this change. I'm thrilled your grandbabies had such a wonderful time at the house! It brings me so much joy to know I provided a great experience as their host.

Such a beautiful Cape house

This Cape cottage was everything it was promised to be, and more!! Well stocked with kitchen things, pretty plates, a variety of spices and seasoning, and coffee for the first morning! We called it the “house of requirement” because everything we seemed to need would be there somewhere! The pictures really don’t do it justice! It was sunny, comfy, and beautiful. And the back deck with the grill, couches and fire pit was where we hung out each night. So grateful that we chose this cottage!

Family Vacation

Great house. Perfect for our needs. We were a group of 8. 3 Couples and two individuals. Plenty of room. The pictures don't do the house justice. Great wrap around deck which leads to an awesome firepit. Outside shower was great. Plenty of water pressure. AC's in bedrooms work well. Brought a floor fan to move the air from the bedrooms into the dining/kitchen/living room area. Everything you need is provided. Bedding, towels, etc. We all want to come back again next year. Hope we can get the week we are looking for. Thanks Pamela!

It was great having Steve and his guests stay with us at Coffey Lane house. Steve is a fantastic guest to have, he was always attentive of following the rules and asking what needed to be done with the bedding and towels. Told him not to worry, the cleaners will handle...enjoy your vacation!!! I would recommend Steve to any host. We are looking forward to having Steve and his guests stay with us again on his next trip to Dennisport, MA. Always safe travels and great adventures! Thank you Steve for being a great guest !!!

Excellent Cape Cod Home

Centrally located to everything I wanted to do and had plans for. The amenities of the home were wonderful. The host a pleasure and readily available. The relaxing environment was great. Enough for everyone in my group. We were in for a wedding. Many others who attended heard of my rental and were jealous! They were jammed in a hotel whereas I got to go relax in our rental home and enjoy the fireplace with my children after all the stress. Lol. Thank you!
