Brand new 2021 Penthouse: spectacular 180-degree panoramic views of the ocean and private ocean beach on Nantucket Sound. Living, dining, and kitchen directly facing the ocean! Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and gorgeous view every morning, just steps away from the private ocean beach! Master Bedroom has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, an en-suite full bath with shower/tub combo, a large window, and a smart TV; Bedroom #2 also has an ocean view with a full sized bed and a bunk bed, large window, a smart TV, and a full bath with a shower. In the living room a large sliding glass doors opening to the super-sized balcony with a spectacular 180-degree panoramic view of Nantucket sound. Beautiful kitchen with eat-in area overlooking ocean. An incredible waterfall quartz island. Subzero refrigerator, wolf stove, microwave, wine cooler, and stainless steel appliances. Living room has a smart TV. Central AC, central heating, Washer and Dryer inside the penthouse. Linens and bath towels are provided. The unit is located on the fourth floor. The building has an elevator and stairs.

Magnifique
Toute la famille a adoré notre séjour. Le condo est très beau, propre et la vue est à coupée le souffle. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, nous n'avons eu aucun problème à trouver la propriété et à y avoir accès. Il nous a également fourni des informations sur les activités, attractions et magasins des environs, cela nous a été très utile.

Great Property & Location - But Needs Some Improvement for the Price.
This was my 2nd time staying at this property. Great top floor unit, spectacular views and location. Owner responded quickly to my text messages with issues (very wet shower mat hanging over shower door, very damp moldy smelling towels that were folded for us to use, light sockets that did not work; 1 was pushing into the wall when you tried to plug something in, master shower dial had piece broken off.) He explained it was the cleaning company and he would reach out to them and address this. I thanked him and explained stuff like this can result in poor reviews; I realize he is not nearby to check on these things regularly but needs a dependable cleaning co to manage the prop. The owner told me I could wash the towels to take care of the problem. I was very disappointed in his response. This was not a cheap rental. I did not feel I should be washing any towels. Then at 9:20 pm, on our last night, I received a text from the owner telling me the water would be turned off around 8:30 am for about an hour for some plumbing work and to please plan accordingly. Turns out the water never did get turned off and we were gone by 10:30 am. During all of this, the owner never once said the word 'Sorry' for any of the issues we experienced, including being told the water being turned off. Too bad, because it would have gone a long way and I would not be writing this review. The perception was that it was okay to inconvenience paying customers and that he owed them nothing.

The condo was gorgeous, but nothing could beat the location and beautiful views. Sitting on the balcony at night, listening to the waves crashing on the shore was the best. The water was incredibly warm. So many great restaurants and bars close by. It was a wonderful vacation!

The property was just as good or better than the photos. Communication with landlord was exceptional. Just a beautiful place to relax , loved the private beach with soft sand . Decided to not tour around and just stay the day at this home. Stunning view and nice size patio.

This house was our family vacation spot this year. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony, private beach, and beautiful kitchen where we hung out and played games overlooking the ocean. This was the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Cod ocean-front penthouse! It is very clean and includes everything you need for a luxury stay on the cape. The views are world class! Our host checked to make sure everything was perfect on the first day. It was truly a fantastic rental experience!

The penthouse was a wonderful spot to spend a relaxing few days. Located near so many of our favorite beaches, restaurants, etc. Well appointed with anything you would need. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets greeted us every day. Host was informative and responded to our inquiries timely. Look forward to staying there again.

Amazing Views!
We just had a beautiful mid October escape and this place was perfect. Relaxing morning coffee with sparkling water views in all directions, followed by memorable beach strolls with our Portuguese Water Dog, ending with spectacular sunsets on the deck. This place, these views, stunning! We hope to be back soon!

Great Condo on the Beach
We stayed at this property for 2 nights when we went to a wedding nearby, and it was perfect! We had time to enjoy some of the surrounding activities and restaurants, and enjoy the amazing views from the unit and balcony. The unit was clean, the owner responsive about check in procedures, and it had everything we needed for our stay. I would be glad to go back for a longer visit! Highly recommend!

Lovely Ocean Front Penthouse
This property is beautful, and even though it rained for the four straight days we were booked, we still had a wonderfully relaxing time. The views are amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean. Love the remodeled kitchen and high end appliances. There are at least five really great restaurants within minutes of the property. The host was very kind and great at communicating everything we needed to know. He made himself available for any questions we had and was quick responding back to us. It was such a positive experience. Did I mention the ocean view was incredible? This was easily the nicest property we've rented on the Cape. Looking forward to spending some time here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
