Parfait pour un couple. Propre. Communication facile avec les propriétaires. Emplacement parfait et à mi-chemin pour visiter à la fois Cape Cod et Boston!

Splendid studio

Equally easy to get to the beaches in Orleans then Provincetown, or to get to Falmouth or the Cape Cod Canal. Adorably decorated with a seaside theme, great patio out back with grill, full kitchen, welcoming bottles of seltzer, assortment of Kuerig coffee pods, impeccably clean, free parking, and all on one level with no stairs to climb. The few questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend this unit enough!

Absolute Perfection!

She is so sweet!! When we decided to extend our stay she made it quick and easy for us! She is very quick to respond and made our stay perfect! The place was so clean and immaculate exactly as described! The area is quiet and peaceful and very safe!! I could have left the doors unlocked and open and wouldnt have had an issue. The location was perfect and centrally located to everything!! Our stay was amazing!! We stayed for 6 nights!!! We will definitely be coming back!! Highly recommend!! Don’t miss out on this little piece of Heaven!! Thank you Ingrid and Glen!!!!!

Grill not useable
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayContacted Glen; via face-time advised would be in touch received email indicating might replace it on a Sunday or Saturday. Arrived second week and check grill found it did not word, very rusted, brought a new one installed and removed old one. Feel it should be operational upon my arrival as advertised.

We were not aware that grill was not working, and the grill is not a necessity for the unit. The grill is a complimentary accessory for guests to use, and a brand new grill was purchased. Not sure how the 3 star rating is related to the overall accommodation of the unit.

Long Weekend

The full kitchen and outdoor deck make it a better choice than a hotel stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, the property is well maintained, and it is very close to the beach too. The homeowners are so helpful and responsive. I enjoyed my stay.

My perfect getaway

I never felt unsafe throughout my stay. Ingrid was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and ensure I had a smooth stay. Thank you so much!

OK Place to Stay
Publié le 23 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe used the place as somewhere to crash after a day of sightseeing. Very small so not a place to spend the day. It was just my wife and me so not too bad.
Any issues I had were a result of me not thoroughly reading the description. For example, renters should bring their own sheets and towels. I missed this but fortunately Ingrid had a spare set.
All things considered, price/value made it a good choice.

Perfect studio

Nice vacation
