I loved the feel of this motel, old time Cape Cod charm. The rooms are very clean and updated. Great TV, coffee maker. The only issues we had was since it's an older motel was noise, the AC units (are new and work well) are a bit noisy as they are wall units. Also, we were on the first floor and could could hear the people above us walking (sounds like stomping) could be because the flooring is new LVT not carpet that could absorb the noise. We'll be back again, the location is perfect, I'll just bring some ear plugs:)

Pat (the owner) was super helpful and a real professional. Room was clean, comfortable and location was perfect. Definitely coming back!
