Very nice, but

However, the "no linens" policy as supposedly a quirky/charming "Cape Cod thing", is in fact very annoying, especially if flying in. And springing for a couple extra rolls of TP and a couple bars of soap would have gone a long way to making us feel welcome.

Thank you for providing feedback about your stay! We apologize for the inconvenience of the lack of linens but guests are welcome to order a linen package that is then delivered to their rental home - this is what most guests who are not driving distance away choose to do. While the homeowner does provide a welcome bag with a starter supply of items like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, hand soap, laundry soap, etc., it is up to the guest to purchase provisions for the length of their stay. We do not provide personal products such as toiletries as most guests prefer their own brands/products and pack them for their stay so the practice has proven wasteful in the past. However, we are glad you enjoyed the home itself and the stunning views and we look forward to the possibility of hosting you again!

Publié le 10 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayA beautiful spot, a beautiful property... perfect. The only issue I had was that the front door was a little difficult to get into. Do I need to ay anymore? Well equipped, immaculate with a sunrise that could not be captured in photos. What a find.

The home was exceptionally clean, the decor and style was wonderful. My daughter loved exploring it, and it was a great to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. I didn’t want to leave! I would recommend!

Great condo, beautiful view
Publié le 28 mai 2021 sur HomeAwayBeautiful view right on the beach with wonderful sounds of the ocean. Every window, particularly those in living room and kitchen area look out on the ocean. Apartment is new so it's in great shape with modern appliances. Our dog loved the small balcony and hated to leave. Several of the apartments are still under construction so there is some construction noise, but it is minimal.
