Publié le 1 avr. 2024 sur HotelsUne nuit dans cette hôtel avant de prendre notre avion de retour le lendemain matin. Hôtel très bien situé, sur la plage, staff très sympathique et serviable. Seul bémol, le côté défraîchi des chambres qui mériteraient une mise à jour.

désolé, par rapport à 2020 les buffets sont minimes et si je paye plein pot par rapport à l'extérieur de l'hôtel,
J'attends d'avoir quelque chose sur l'assiette pour le diner
pour une chambre exécutive j'attends aussi un ménage parfait

Décevant, hotel vétuste, communs n'ont jamais vu un Karcher, décharge municipale jouxtant l'hotel, tronçonnage de souches d'arbres à coté de la plage, pas de plagiste alors que les parasols pèsent 50 kg et sont laborieux à ouvrir, le mobilier de plage est d'un autre siècle (comme l'hotel en général), l'herbe pousse sur la plage de sable gris, il serait temps qu'un responsable Accor France aille y jeter un oeil !

We regret to know that your experience did not meet your expectation. At Mercure, we strive to give the best service as our guests’ satisfaction will always be our top priority. Therefore, your feedback is essential to achieve that. While the renovation plan is on process, over the last few months we have focused on new bedroom tiles, bathroom tiles, wall painting, replace the roof and floor grouting. Apart from the room structure, we have been replacing our towels in the room, pillow, and continuing upgrading our hotel facilities. We will work diligently to do the best we can prior to any refurbishment approved by the Resort’s Owners. With regards of the beach cleanliness. This matter is an area of concern for us too. We are active in the local community to educate the villages to dispose of waste correctly. Furthermore we participate in regular beach cleaning, along with other resorts from Accorhotels. We are on progress to upgrading our pool service and facilities, we have been partially replace our sunbed cover, and set up additional parasol. Training also will conducted to our pool attendant to improve their attentiveness and communication skill.

Publié le 24 janv. 2019 sur Hotelsbonjour, vers mi dec au janv en gnrl séjour agréable avec les personnels courtois, sauf la coté restauration la créme glacé pas assez froide souvent coulante au point de la boire et la noix de coco chaud pourtant ailleur ca existe bien fraiche
le répas de noel du é' dec au soir devant se terminer a 22h mais a partir de 21h il n y a plus de la musique pour expliquer ou se trouve la sortie.
le repas de nouvel an en pleine millieu la musique s arrete et se deplace a cote de la piscine en fin qu on quitte le restaurant a 22h au prix il demande le diner de noel et nouvel an donc pas vraiment satisafait. le buffet la semaine pas tres varié sauf le petit dejeuner.

Bel hôtel mais qui se dégrade, les toits de chaume prennent l’eau, les chaises et parasols sur la plage sont en piteux états, la gentillesse et les sourires du personnel nous font oublier ces désagréments mais des travaux sont impératifs car la saiso’ Des pluies arrive

We regret to know that your experience did not meet your expectation. With regards of refurbishment, we pleased to inform that we do increase our investment in the resort’s buildings. Over the last few months we have focused on new bedroom tiles, bathroom tiles, wall painting and floor grouting. As for the roof,we have scheduled the repair work despite high occupancy in our resort. We will work diligently to do the best we can prior to any refurbishment approved by the Resort’s Owners without risking other guest’s experience while rectification works are carried on.
We pleased to inform that we are on progress to upgrading our pool service and facilities, we have been partially replacing some of umbrella cover with better quality product which won’t fade for at least 5 years while long chair cushion covers have arrived partially.
We hope you will be kind enough to give us another opportunity to serve you better in the near future.

Hôtel en bord de mer et en plein centre de Sanur

Pour : La plage et l’accès possible à pied dans la rue principale de Sanur
Contre : L’hôtel devait être très beau il y a 20 ans mais aujourd’hui il demande un rafraîchissement
Emplacement : Plein de magasins et de très bons restaurants dans la rue principale de Sanur
Hôtel ayant besoin d’un sacré rafraîchissement. Les douches sont encore avec un rideau ! Les serviettes de plage sont à revoir. Mais l’hôtel donne directement sur la mer, la plage est propre, l’eau limpide. Très bon petit déjeuner avec un large choix.

We delighted to know that you enjoyed our hotel location, beach cleanliness and breakfast. We pleased to inform that we just renewed our beach towel.
With regards of room and bathroom condition, we do continually work on improvements to the Resort, though acknowledge until a full Refurbishment occurs some elements of interior design will be the original style. Though having said this, our extensive internal maintenance programs a drawing to a completion and we should have replaced 52 rooms worth of the older mosaic tiles which look very dated and are hard to maintain. This project is already 43 rooms completed. We have also changed nearly 1/5 of the Resorts bedrooms’ tiles over the last few months and more are being completed now. We will work diligently to do the best we can prior to any Resort Owner’s approval for refurbishment.
Your feedback is important to us since we continue to improve our quality of product and services. We do hope that you will give us an opportunity to serve you again in the future.

A NICE HOTEL ON THE BEACH
Publié le 11 nov. 2017 sur HotelsThis hotel is straight on beach and has nice rooms. breakfast is great and the beds are fantastic ! The minus side is that the hotel does not have much of of a balinese touch, even the beautiful gardens. Its great to get meals on the beach and staff is wonderful. We will return for sure... Do not forget the great spa !
