Only. Hot water in shower, needs Hand rails to get in the pool ,no live TV, Kettle takes 20 minutes to boil, needs more Rubbish bags, big ones, water pressure not good at times,
Lights needs dimmers Better toilet paper and Tussues

Excellent place to stay. Staff were friendly, close to shops, beach, dining etc and lovely and quiet.

This property was amazing. Our room had everything we needed, and the pool was a nice addition help us enjoy our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Water pump makes noise next to apartment 5 bedroom

We are very sorry that guest complain about pump noise. Offered nicely no penalty refund but the guest was still angry.
The room is most quiet room far from street and no one walk through front of the entrance which located very far end. There is water pump near the room which had placed vibration reduce dumper. We have no complain from other guests stay there. We also had a guest across from this room and water pump near by, didn’t give us any complains at the same time. We are care most guest comfort that reduce much as possible noise.
In the quiet night, may hear very very small noise like, I and my staffs tried to hear the noise, only be able when very focus to hear it. But I also understand individual sensitivity are different.
For future guests,
Please don’t worry about noise issue here. We don’t have this complain, most guests are very happy stay with us.
If you are very sensitive with noise, please send a massage before book us. we’ll honestly advice you and answer your questions.

②レストルームはHotwater設備が無くヒゲがそれない。
③スモールキッチンにバカでか鍋、デカ食器
非常に調理しずらい。
④ダイニングテーブルとキッチンが離れすぎ。快適には程遠い。

I’m sorry, we didn’t meet your expectation.
1. Our refrigerator is one door freezer top and fridge at bottom. We’ve checked your room fridge, it works fine.
2. We don’t have hot water at restroom, there is hot water in the shower room.
3. We have a small kitchen each room with 2 banners stove. Each room also come with kitchenette small pot, large pot, frypan.... more, dishes with medium size to large size. If that our selection was too big for you, we are sorry.
4. Because of our unit size there is table and 2 chairs at terrace. Beside kitchen there is living sofa and coffee table.

Loved the fact that I had my own plunge pool. It was also very quiet and didn't hear much traffic or people in the area. Some cleanliness issues, but it's not anything huge or something that would prevent me from booking here again. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help as needed.

Perfect Place to Relax in Sanur

Room was very nice - plunge pool was excellent - TV a bit on the small side but who goes to Bali to watch TV! The staff were super helpful and friendly. I would go back to these villa's for my next holiday..
