Publié le 1 juill. 2019 sur HotelsNous avions logé dans la villa avec piscine privée pour une nuit. L'état général est plutôt bon, mais l'hotel est vieillissant et donc pour le prix on s'attend à plus de fraîcheur notamment au niveau de la piscine et de la chambre (boiseries, rouillures sur les miroirs). Sinon bon petit déjeuner. Nous voulions également faire le cooking class mais on nous a dit que c'était pas possible car pas d'équipe dispo, or pas d'indication sur le site sur les dates possibles pour faire l'atelier donc bien se renseigner avant de venir à l'hôtel.

Hôtel charmant et authentique...
Publié le 30 avr. 2018 sur HotelsHôtel superbe et authentique. Petite structure agréable, personnel aux petits soins, un peu excentré de la ville mais navette disponible toutes les 2 heures jusque 20h. La Chambre LANAI avec piscine privée dispose d un jardin super agréable et calme...

trop cher pour ce qui est proposé,
la plage qui travaille avec l'hotel n'est pas digne du standing que l'hotel veut se donner, l'accès est par un chemin de terre en piteux état, a l'arriere de la plage c'est un chantier de réparation de bateau, bonjour les odeurs de résines...
Le repas au restaurant n'est pas varié seulement 2 plats sur la carte, et quand on demande un thè , il n'y en a qu'un seul .. le choix est donc rapide, on mange ailleurs. l'hotel est situé tout au bout de Sanur, perdu , obligé de prendre la navette pour aller a sanur mais pour le retour c'est taxi obligatoire surtout le soir, le chemin est très sombre, plein de ruelles , un vrai labyrinthe
Accueil et service sont limites pour un hôtel qui facture aussi chez ses villas.
Je parle pas des jardiniers a 7H30 du matin dans les allées pour couper l'herbe, sympa le réveil quand on est en vacances
si on avait pas réservé autant de nuit par internet depuis la France, on serait parti ailleurs.
Déçu aussi par le Spa, cher pour la prestation... enfin c'est tout l’ensemble qui n'allait pas.
il y a beaucoup mieux et moins cher,
dans l'ensemble le personnel est souriant.

We stayed here on our last night of trip. We had the private pool villa and the house was huge. We were welcomed with friendly staff. We ate breakfast and dinner here and both options were tasty for two picky American eaters. We used the shuttle to get to downtown Sanur since it is about a 5 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here and the property is beautiful

직원, 음식, 서비스, 위생 모든 것이 좋으나 위치가 아쉬움.
위치가 사누르비치와는 거리가 있습니다. 걸어서는 20분이 더 걸리고 차로 이동하거나 자전거를 타야합니다. 밤엔 다니기 힘든 로컬 골목끝이라 밝을때만 다니길 권합니다.
음식은 매우 깔끔하고 맛있었고요 다만 가격이 좀 비쌉니다. 직원들 너무 훌륭하고, 특히 리셉션의 제이. 이 사람은 노련한 베테랑인데 친절하기 까지 해서 매우 의지까지 되는 직원이었습니다.
수영장은 넓은 편은 아닙니다. 위치를 생각한다면 조용히 쉬고싶은 분들께 권유드리고, 주변에 편의시설이나 음식점, 카페등을 원한다면 중심가쪽을 선택하시길 권유드립니다.

We only stayed one night at Visakha Sanur, but the Villa was perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful, we would’ve loved to have stayed longer.
