Went in my room and there were dirty towels in the room and an open bar of soap on the counter. I had to ask for a new room because it wasn’t cleaned.

The room I was in which was 304 was dirty and smelled like urine. The air conditioner did not work at all. No customer support or service.

The morning after my arrival the shower/tub faucet would not stop running. I notified the front desk and they contacted the maintenance man, He never showed up during my entire stay. Mold was noted on the walls in the bathroom and the ventilation fan did not draw the humidity from the room, I am nearly 70 years old with breathing issues and the mold and humidity are not safe for me. I will seek out another hotel the next time I have to travel to Denton.

Not pleasant

The hotel was pretty drabby and had a smell. It was not up to comfort inn standards that I usually expect and actually saw someone else request a different room due to mold. The breakfast was the only good thing about the place.
